Object floating over grass vray render

good day.im an architecture student very new to SU and Vray.
straight to the point.
whenever i render grass and put and obj/component on top of it
the object on top of it floats/crops itself maintaining distance from the grass.

how are you making the grass, and do you have a scene file to share so we can look at what is going on in the scene?

Check your faces - I bet you grass is displacing backwards.
