Vray is rendering nothing

Hello,
I am using vray and sketchup for very long time, but last time i have a big problems.
WIN7ULTI64, i7 950, 8RAM, NVIDIA QUADRO fx 580.
I reinstalled my WIN, after few years, then installed skp, vray, driver for graphic card.. and skp start to crash when I started to render, or it just render like there is nothing in my scene.
I need to started render few times and then it started.
And now, I tried to install cleanup plugin. so i install some library before, it crashes all my vray, it dissapeared from the screen. So I reinstalled skp n vray. And now, when I opened the old scene, thare are no materials in vray material editor, and when i regenerate all materials, it is rendering nothing once more, just sky.
Thank you very much if u can hep me, I got one week to finish my tesis, so I was doing final renders, and it crashes.. and I am... I dont know what to do.

ok.. i installed newer vray. and it is recognizing materials. and rendering, butstill i need to get crashed two or more times to start render.

Which version of VRay?

1.49.01.. i have maybe a big scene.. its about 160MB. and i cant render.. still writing.. weve encountered an error.......
