      Hi

I'm trying to put a round over edge on an egg shaped coffee table......

Any ideas........I've created my egg shape and push pull to 19mm

      Many thanks

      Simon

Create the profile you want and use the follow me tool to extrude it around your table.

Simon, Probably the easiest way would be to go back to just a flat egg shape. Somewhere along the edge draw your profile and then use the edge of the egg as a path for the round over. I'll make an illustration for you.

You could also use Fredo6's Round Corner plugin but I think you should know how to do this manually was well.

To fill in the hole, trace an edge segment on the top and also on the bottom. Then delete the edges of the hole.

So simple, I feel stupid for not it doing that way myself.

No worries. Sometimes it's easy to get stuck because you are thinking about how to subtract geometry rather than to not make it in the first place. Sometimes it's the other way around.
