      Hello everyone,

I thought I'm not a Vray noob, but I can't seem te workout how I can get an invisible VrayPlane in my renders. Can someone help me out? I have tried to find a tutorial or something, no success so far.

      Thanks in advance.

I suppose it all depends on what you need with an invisible plane. You can add a 100% transparent material to it and it won't show up in your render. If you want it to cast a shadow make a material with a fully transparent PNG.

Sounds like you are trying to maybe render something with an HDRI environment and are looking to get something to catch the shadow for post process. I'm thinking you would have to change the alpha contribution value?

Yes, I'm trying to render a scene with an HDRI background and I want the objects to cast shadows. How do I get that to work?
