Do you mean multiple leaders to the same text box? For that I create the text with the first leader. Then I select the leader and hold Ctrl (Option on Mac) and drag away a copy of the leader. That leader can be opened for editing by double clicking on it and the end points moved as needed.

Thanks Trevor. I suppose that's what the OP was after. I was thinking multiple arrows.

            Multiple Arrows!

I found this thread because the IS what I want to do. If I have a label that points to one of several identical elements (like windows of a certain size, or plants on a planting plan) I'd like to use the label tool to then click on the next element and bring the line up to the existing text box. If I try that, the new arrow wants to make its own text.

Is there a way to do that?

Well, you don't have to put any text in the box. Just put a space in there. I find it's just easier to copy the first leader and adjust it to point at the other object.

Looking at this. The first idea, a leader with more than one segment, is now natively possible. (Don't recall when that change was made).

MifCNY method is what I have always done in CAD but that may be because the CAD tool works differently and copying out the arrow was more hassle than drawing another.
