Get every green dot, red dot and then model freezes

I've done some pipeline drawings but my modell has feezed up..When I open the file everything look ok, and I can pan around
But as soon as I try to draw something or do any changes. for instanse draw a line when I let go of the mouse button the line sticks to my pointer and then it makes lines wherever I move the pointer, If I move the mouse over places on the existing drawing I get green, red and blue dots on every intersection. But they wont go away again... After this it's not possible to do anything, I can make all the dot's and lines, but can not move around, or do anything else...If possible I can upload the file so someone else can take a look?

Window > Preferences > OpenGL
See if Hard Acceleration is enabled/disabled
If its on turn it off and see it it improves
If its off turn it on
