        Hi.
        You have had 17 views of your attachment according to the forum statistics.
        I recommend that you seek the services of a licensed professional in the area "overseas" to assist you with this project. I believe the professional can help in sorting out the various details, such as safety of the inhabitants, placement on the site, necessary increases in floor area, all of the regulations, if any exist, regarding electricity, plumbing, climate control, zoning, utilities, and so forth. At the very least with the layout shown, occupants will have considerable difficulty moving furniture up and down the single narrow stair.

        I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.

          thank you mitcorb, for your reply concerning regulations overseas I have look in to in and unfortunately there is no strict regulation on how your construction should be, you are free to
          build what ever you want as long as you have your construction permit wish I have already
          and that is why I even started the construction , the person that did that first plan for me was a student architect and Now I will like to get an input of a Pro, I am the one who want to change my configuration from 1 bedroom studio to 2 bedroom and just want to see how it will look in sketchup , before I start again ,

          I will really appreciated if someone can redraw that for me frm those 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom ,

          Thanks again

            Surely, there are professionals in your locality that offer such services? Or is this something you're not looking to pay for?

                Hi Paul, hi folks.

                You wrote it correctly when you stated that this takes some time.

                Now, for someone to make what you want needs that:

                1 - The person know this kind of work;

                2 - The person take the time to produce the model.

                This is called professional work and I know of no one that would do that for free.

                If you just want ideas, this is another game. Some SketchUp user may find some spare time to illustrate it with SketchUp and produce a simple model. Of course, you will not be able to get a construction permit with such a model.

                Just ideas.

                Jean (Johnny) Lemire from Repentigny, Quebec, Canada.
