I don't know if these will be any use to you, and they may make your machines grunt, but they are plants that if viewed from a reasonable distance keep their integrity.
I'm always being asked to employ elements into my models that reflect green wall technology etc.
      These can work for that.Cucumber vine.skpTomatoe plant.skpPepper~.skp

Nice work Dale, you have the knack of creating models /scenes that give the impression that there is activity around the building. I'm sure this would appeal to clients as it 'tells a story' πŸ‘

            Thanks Guys
Mike, I wish I could find entourage that works for me. I keep trying, but it always looks so PS added entourageY.
This particular set of renderings were directed totally at the local planners, who had very specific requests after our site meeting.
So they were put together to address their concerns for the function of the delivery area, An area that could be used by the local community for meetings, and a gateway from the main parking area that would highlight this, and allow the public to safely get to the lower level, building height and daylighting with concern that the elevational drop from the upper parking lot to the lower delivery area would actually work, and taking advantage of exposure for green wall style vegetation. In this case the wall vegetation is intended to be grapes and hops, which will be brewed into a limited edition wine and beer which can then be used for things like charity auctions etc.
The actual submission for the zoning amendment goes in on Monday.
            Wish us luck.

Nice idea to give a constructed place a true life green sister personality... Even if the resulting brewed beer will certainly not be in a sufficient amount to lead a little guys friends band at the end of a good party: rollingunderthetable.. πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

Crossed fingers to your team for this nice model dear Dale.

Very nice, Dale. Your work always impresses me.

One question - can you smoke in there?

                  Unfortunately no.
There are really strong anti smoking regulations in this Province. You can't even smoke within 5m from the door.

Jeez, I'm just waiting for the Gone-Way-Too-Far Cops to show up at my door. They better be wearing respirators πŸ˜†
