My 2dTools includes a Fillet tool - this works on any two intersecting pair of edges you click on - even in '3d'.
You can type 12s to set the number of segments to '12' [min. is 3] and also any radius you want - e.g. 100, before picking the second edge. These values are remembered during that session of the SKP.
Typing the radius as 0 makes it into a trim/extend tool [that is the session's starting default].
It also places a cpoint [guide] at each fillet's arc-center.
It is also 'toggle-able' into a 'chamfer tool' - where you can then enter one dimension for the offset on both edges, e.g. 100; OR two dimensions separated by a ':' for uneven chamfers for edge 1 and 2 - e.g. 100:200...

I need a tool that can accept two segments also, as I use (for small radii) only two segments. It's enough for most cases, as after I smooth it, it's just what I need.

Fredo's bezier spline plugin has something like that: draw lets say a rectangle-->select it-->rigth click-->BZ-convert to-->polyline arc corners-->input the offset-->then input the precision in the VCB (number of segments). You also have a polyline chamfer type.

Three segments is the minimum for an arc, in the native arc tool too.

Well if you need something like the picture below, just type 8s since your arc is 1/4 of a circle in this case.

Please, allow me to disagree... native arc tool allows to draw arc from only two segments.
                Here is the proof.

                    I am mistaken.
                    Three it is not.
The 2dFillet tool is easily adjusted from min. 3 to 2... I'll make the change... πŸ˜’

I was thinking of the native 'circle' which obviously has to have three...

Here's v5.2 of my 2dToolset, containing the updated 2dFillet - arc segments >=2 <=999 - It could go higher [9999] BUT that is crazy bad!]
