Preview and Model aren't matching? What the heck!?

This model was done and ready to be put on GE. You can see in the image preview it appears finished, but when you download to sketchup or view it in GE, it is the raw building maker file... Did I seriously lose this building? I've never had this problem before, Please help!

I seeing the Building Maker version. Did you search for the .skb version on your system?

I have the Skp version. Not the Skb. I uploaded this one just like I have all the rest, using the "Share Model" button. I'm still having this issue..
