V-ray doesn't save the files

Like in the subject. V-ray doesn't save the files. When the render finished, i clicked on the "save" icon, I wrote the name, I chose .jpg or other format, click "save" and the file isn't there where it should be.
I have SketchUp 8.0.3117_Pro and V-Ray 1.48.89.
Now I am forced to save image by "Print Screen"
