Solar Rotation

Is there a way to rotate a component to the sun angle automatically? Is there a plugin? Can it rotate automatically as you change the time of day? I have found a plugin that works on a face but not on a complete component.

Ok, i figured out how to animate a rotating solar panel with the sun...but now is there a plugin that allows it to be exported as a movie?
