Flip along axis is making me flip out!!
-
Evening all. Sorry for making my first post a question! But Im having a problem which is driving me up the bleeding wall!
Im in the early stages of a design, and I want to flip it. So I do the standard select all>right click>flip along axis. But when I do this Sketchup quits on me. Tried doing it within different windows. The same happens. Do I have to do a reinstall?
The Model is not very big at all. Im an architect student and have worked on large buildings and this hasn't happened before.
Any light on how I could stop this happening would be a massive help.
And sorry if this has already been posted about.

Can you open the ruby console under Windows>Ruby console and see if it displays any messages?
Are you running the latest SU?

Try the mirror plugin (http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?t=31410) or scale with a factor of -1 (+ Ctrl to retain the position).

Thanks for the tips. I ended up just reinstalling the program and it seems to have sorted the problem out.
Strange that it started happening though... It was stalling and quitting even if I flipped a single box. It was sketchup 8.0.4810.
