Tufting a Curved Surface
-
I've read all the other threads about creating tufts on a surface, but they all deal with flat surfaces. The surface I need to tuft is anything but flat. It's one of those things that I can get done, but only slowly and painfully and the results are barely satisfactory. I'll need to do some other seats also, with different shapes. Although I know that copying components would be limited in this situation, I would like to keep my poly count as low as possible. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I suggest you first tuft flat surface , then bend it with shape bender or Fredo scale; could work.
