I am trying to download that "round corners" plug-in from the Ruby Library. It says to see the documentation. Where is that documentation found?

There is a pdf file in that first post of the topic (and I think Fredo generally includes the pdf manuals into the downloadable zip files that contain the plugin, too).

The RoundCorners Tool by Fredo is available here http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?p=171721#p171721
There are PDF guides available on the page, but these also come in the subfolder in the zip file anyway.
The download page also has reams of tips and a video... the dozens of posts in that thread also discuss issues and tips that might help you... what more do you want ?

I think OP is looking at the Ruby Library Depot download page. It says "How to install: Special, see documentation."

Don't confuse "download" with " Install". First download all the files recommended on that page. You should find the documentation you need to install the plugins. But...

The page TIG referenced explains: you just need to install other file(s)as well, to make the ruby work.
