Toolbars Curiousity

I'm a new user here and i've some question. I've download a lot of great plugins from here.
I Just watched a 3D tutorial video and see something interesting about the toolbar.
I've capture the toolbar image and i'm very curious.
Here are the image.I just want to know the name of the toolbar. Is it a Plugins or only available for Sketchup Pro Version? If it a plugins where can i find it?

Hi, those are plugins:
- Skin;
- Subdivide and smooth.
Anyway, if you are interested in Subvide and smooth I suggest to buy Artisan instead by the same author. It's a lot better.
