Money is Tight

My Trial version of SKU 8 is about to expire and I'll need to purchase the full blown version. Does anyone have any connections for a promo code that I can use? Money is Tight!

I believe the trial pro version should default back to the free version, and you can still use it till you save
up the money, that's what I've been doing. -
Thanks Vicspa! I would just like to have all the functionality that's all...

Well, there isn't much gain from that. Unless you use Maxwell Render, or other renderer that uses specific file exporting format. There is a Bool Tools plugin, also there are several plugins for import/export in other formats (dxf, obj... ).

I tend to disagree. Going Pro adds Solid Tools, Advanced Camera Tools, LayOut, StlyeBuilder, numerous export options, Dynamic Components to mention but a few. As well a showing your support for the Dev team by investing in a licence and getting a great product.

Is add location in SU free..? It's actually handy for quick scale images of new sites for concept overlays etc. Where's a good pro vs. free list of features?

Yes, it is (since v.6 I think - previously you simply added location by importing the GE spot into 5 free).
Here is a full comparison chart (functions mentioned include those you can achieve with LayOut and StyleBuilder, too).
