Sorry, I really have no idea, I tried it out of curiosity and it worked first time, simply clicking the buttons that it told me to click.
Perhaps your model is too complex or you internet connection speed is slow, it did take some time for it to load for me. As you cam see from my screen shot it was an incredibly basic model.

Also, make sure it does what you really want before spending too much time with it, I downloaded one of their free models and when brought into SU it is nothing more than a static figure, I was unable to manipulate it in any sort of rigging manner.

I have also received 5 emails from their support service asking me if I had any problems and if so to email them at support@mixamo.com
        Perhaps they can help.

I will go back and have a look if I can see anything that might help, but if I don't post back in 10 minutes or so I don't believe I can add any more to help.

Ok after a little reserch i found this,

So it is possible to animate your models in Mixamo, unfortunately you cant import your animation back into sketchup but you can mport your rigged animation into other programs for example Unity and so on, now i have failed to get a model working in Mixamo but as seen in the video on link its an fbx file he is using and not a obj file which i have being, if only there was a fbx converter plugin for sketchup models without having to buy the pro edition

I suggest you have a look at Daz 3D, it might be all you need and DAZ Studio 4 is completely free at the moment.

I commend your persistence in trying this out in SketchUp but I fear your using carrot to drive a nail.

You know you can export to Blender from SketchUp. Then you can rig in Blender as well as render.

But, so far you're doing a good job.

Download the free D'oh Book for SketchUp 📖

lol im too stubern to give up, but thank you, i did look into blender and other simuliar programs out there but the taught of learning these programs take too much time, im more used to sketchup and i strongly believe it can be done in sketchup, most of my tests so far have worked really well, im out to prove it, ha ha
