Please post an example SKP and perhaps a few more details - we can't guess everything!

made a chart in excel for house plans to show various construction info. Prntscrn into paint so i can save as .bnp, .tiff. or any other graphic file. Import file into sketchup. No problems, until i go to print or even print preview when chart vanishes.
          Thanks, Paul

Sorry, but that's still not enough.
Is this an Image in the SKP?
Is it a Texture in the SKP?
What are you 'printing' it to? e.g. a printer or a pdf.
            It's not even appearing in print-preview ??
Does other stuff show up ?
Is it invisible or say a blank rectangle ??
Can you take a screen-shot of the print-dialog that appears prior to the print-preview - you might have some settings wrong...
Can you make a simple SKP demonstrating the issue and attach it to your next post.
We can then test it to see what the issue is...

              Hi
When i open edit it apears at the bottom of the menu as Image(1 in model) so assume it's an image instead of texture. Am trying to print it out on the printer. My sketchup drawing appears in print preview but the imported image won't. If i convert it to .tiff i get a blank box.
              thanks for your help

Have you tried with without the bottom right HLR box being ticked ?
If that box is ticked the texture may well be replaced with a plain colored rectangle.
Then if the predominant color in the Image is 'white' the rectangle will look 'white', i.e. 'blank', in the Print-Preview...
If you try it with a more brightly colored Image you will see the affect as the 'blank' will look 'colored' in the Print-Preview.
With the HLR option UNchecked it should show the details of the Image OK πŸ€“
