Hello, new boy in the building

Hello all,
I'm new here and felt the need to say 'hello'. SketchUp is the perfect solution to my 3D needs, designing and planning exhibition stands. Being able to output to Illustrator (Via DXF) is a real bonus as my last favourite 3d app did this (Swift 3D) but crashed so often I abandoned it.

Right then, I'm off outside as it's just stopped raining here in Kent (England) and my son is celebrating his 7th birthday today. Party!

Huh! did not know that was possible, the big shiny thing in the sky is called the Sun (y'all in the UK probably never seen it before)

Leedeetee, here's an example of the exhibition stand things that I create in SU. Basic at the moment but I'm getting the hang of it. I like what you've done and hope to progress in that way.

I just need my manager to allow me to purchase Pro so I can export to Illustrator format.

Solo, you wouldn't believe it but the sun is shining today. I shan't go out in it as I want to preserve my pasty English skin.
