Have you tried reinstalling? -
vray 1.48.91 yes am reinstalling vray, sketchup, but this problem not fixed... Try search this plugin on you computer and give me them.) Sorry my english am from ukraine

The latest version is 1.49.01 - you're running a rather old one. Update to the latest.
