Thanks for the link - I had heard about this a while ago...
It's only a giant football-stadium combined with several bridges and a massive heavy-engineering factory build in a 'toxic' location So what could possibly go wrong
I hope it works!
There could be a need for an even bigger one in Japan if things don't get sorted out, soonest...
