Middle button problem :(

Middle button used to select the orbit tool, but now I just get a selection box!! I have not changed any settings.
How do I solve this? I'm on a imac computer!!

I'm on a pc, and same thing happened to me a while ago. Don't know why.

Check the system mouse configuration. Ensure it's not been mapped to a different function.
