How...

...do people figure out they can do this kind of stuff
It would never have occurred to me to even try when I was their age. And now, at my age, I know I couldn't do any of that without a subsequent trip to the hospital.

Maybe some training is necessary!

I pulled a hamstring watching

Come on Dave, if you think hard enough you will recall times in your youth that you could "walk on walls". I did a bunch of crazy stuff with the "schwinn racer" that seem like nothing today. My greatest claims to fame, were that I could throw a thumb tack into the wall from any distance away, and flip coins in a manner to assure which face came up. Can't do any of that stuff today.

Haha, I still enjoy watching "sports" like these. Was always inspired by this immense amount of dexterity and also by observing weird "cultural phenomena" evolving.
Honolulu says it - now when I look back at the stuff I did, it was a tiny fart compared to what the guys do with their bikes and boards today.
Nonetheless my spine, knees and wrists are ruined just as well.Nice find Dave, thank you!

Why oh why did you point me towards snotr... a whole evening chuckling. Here's some of my fav's

Dave come on, you know that was you in one of those videos. You showed me your mad skills at Basecamp.
I am going to take my Geritol and go to bed now.
-
What the video didn't show were the coutless times they busted their asses before learning their routines.
-
I'm thinking just add Scotch
-
Lots of scotch. Lots.
That will hide the pain from the herniated disc I'd get while attempting this.
