As I understand it, gasoline/petrol, diesel, kerosene, paraffin oil, require an open flame or spark to ignite.
From a Mythbusters answer website:
(this is one source--not exhaustive research)
It is possible to ignite a pool of gasoline using only a cigarette.
partly plausible
A cigarette has the potential to light a pool of gasoline but just doesnโt have enough sustained heat. Gas ignites between 500 ยฐF and 540 ยฐF, the cigarette at its hottest was between 450 ยฐF and 500 ยฐF but only when it was actually being smoked. An ignition is very improbable. -

I wouldn't try this. Beware that the vapors ignite, not the liquid.
I heard you can extinguish a match in gasoline, if there are no vapors to ignite above it. But I would never try this theory. -
Oh I forgot to say "Don't try this at home!" [singed, smoking smilie]

Hadn't thought of that...
Wether a cigarette can or can't ignite gasoline, I'd not try it myself... -
Just to the right of the red ellipse on the enlarged image it looks like her finger is separated. Plus her middle finger looks crooked next to the body of her hand.
I think this is a Photoshop jobby.
