    Hi,

(I've sent this query to asgvis too, but a response may be slow)

It it possible to use a liceence on two separate computers? I've just purchased and installed on my work machine, but like to practice and work out of hours on my laptop back home. Would I really have to spend another £500 to do this?

    Regards,

    Paul

      Hi

      I had this problem too.
You can buy another licence for a very small amount.
      I forget the $$

Keep trying to get hold of support

Contact ASGVis support - not the forum, but by email. The forum is not an official channel.

          Thanks.

ASGVis have been in touch and asked for my purchase details, from which they'll decide any entitlement. Fingers crossed. I've got some tight deadlines coming up, so having Vray on a second machine will help immensly

You want to render on two computer at the same time to reduce render time?
That's what you got the Render slaves for. Install the render slaves on your available computers and use them when you render. Note it requires the machines to be on the same network. But it means you don't need extra licenses.

No, it's so I can work on a laptop back home and then continue on a desktop in the office. Though network render should prove very useful with dozens of computers available!
