Raster/Vector/Hybrid
-
can anyone help me understand the real difference between vector and hybrid modes? which one would produce best results when exporting a LO file?
and, is there a way to change rendering modes across the entire file in one step? I find having to it page by page rather cumbersome.

Vector is so much vector that it does not contain any raster info - i.e. textures. Hybrid turns the edges into vector data while keeping raster textures on faces.
A global switch? Hm. I don't know I need to look.

What Gai said, and no, you can select all models on a page and change their rendering. But on a huge document, not all pages are necessarily in memory, and we would have to load them and re-render them. This would also be a very, very slow operation. Nevertheless, I agree with you and would like to have this ability.
