Has your boss considered some online "lessons"? It can be (almost) as effective with some screen sharing applications as in a one-to-one class.

Aside from the good humor this has generated, did you find someone to help out?
If not a suggestion might be to arrange a live Skype session with one of the masters here.
I have had a couple of Skype sessions and they work brilliantly. -
Those are both really good ideas (online training and Skype). I think my boss has purchased some training CDs, but he doesn't have the time to learn every aspect of the program because he is constantly backed up with work. If the online sessions are pretty basic he might be better off with those. I think if we combine that with someone on Skype it might just work out.
I'll pass the suggestions on and see what he says. I think those might be our best options.

I would indeed suggest some online things (especially if he is so busy). In Skype, it is easy to share windows (screens) and should he have any problems after watching those tutorial videos, he could still get some help with his issues.
(BTW - ThomThom has a birthday, guys!)
