Turn off scene thumbnail generation
-
Hi -
When I'm renaming scenes, it tells me that I can disable thumbnail generation for the model. But when I check the box to disable thumbnails, it doesn't seem to stop future thumbnails from generating, or updating (and I still get the same message, giving me the option to disable). I've disabled many times over in the same model, but no luck.

This is getting quite annoying when I do not want to generate Scene Tumbnails but SketchUp won't remember my preferences after restarting.
I didn't see an obvious way to disable via the API, hopefully I just overlooked it?

Under the Scenes window, look under menu and uncheck the "Use Scene Thumbnails"! Hope this helps!
I tried it and I had to create a scene before I could uncheck "Use Scene Thumbnail", then it never created another thumbnail after that.

Ugh, it's getting turned back on whenever I add a scene via Ruby.

i have the same problem, and i don't see anything about the ruby code that would create a page with thumbnails disabled
any idea?
