Sounds like you missed a file when you did the transfer. If possible do a search for that file on the "old" computer and if found note location then install in same place in the new computer.Have you check the new computer to see if you have it but maybe in the wrong location??

File the file
Enable3DWarehouse.rb[in Plugins ?] and rename it asEnable3DWarehouse.rb.**txt**so it's 'disabled' and it doesn't auto-load. It's looking for an extension [WarehouseRubyExtension] to be loaded check to see if there is one... If you don't use it just disable it...

That plugin goes back to version 5 or earlier when the 3d Warehouse was first brought online and before it was integrated with Sketchup. It can safely be renamed/removed.
