Hi treb, that error generally means that you have not put the files in the correct place. The clf_shape_bender_loader.rb is the only file that goes into the base plugins folder. All other files belong in the sub folder clf_shape_bender. You should check on your unzipping software and make sure it is not flatting thew file structure when you unzip files. That is a common error that messes up plugin instlations. Good luck, let me know how it goes,

          Chris

Is progressbar.rb now in your Plugins folder - where it should be ❓

Make sure you have not changed your world axis. Right click on the axis and choose "reset" if it is an option. If it lets you reset it, than that means it was not displaying the correct axis. And shape bender only works on the original SketchUp axis. So once you reset it, then realign all the components and lines, etc. and try it again.

If "reset" is not an option, then that is not the problem. You could upload a small test model here and we can test it and see if can see what is going on. thanks!
