      Hi Paul,

Looking at these new images (and recalling the other ones posted before) I think they indeed deserve their own threads. I really like the mood and level of fine details you put in these models/renders.

Super stuff again, like Solo's 'Resident' thread, it's great to see how it goes from design to build. Makes for essential viewing for others. Maybe post links to the other 'Home' series so others can see the quality on offer?

Not being smart, just feel your efforts maybe be missed by members who'd benefit from seeing these great renders and models.

I've definitely being impressed by this series and hope you continue it.

          Thanks for sharing ๐Ÿ‘

            Thank you,
There is much room for improvement, but
compliments from the likes of you all
            means a lot.

The link idea is a good one.

            How do I do that?

Just being honest ๐Ÿ˜‰ (I used to design houses for a living and worked with few architects and designers in past 10 years)
What's the purpose of this house? How many people are going to live in this house? What's the age of people living in a house? Would you like to share a layout?

                    Cmoreink,

I am not the designer of this home. I admit it is not to my taste either.
I was however hired to model it. I am not in a position to choose to
work on projects that fit my sensibilities. I will not apologize for
the architect or the client who created this building. It is theirs to
                    do with what they want.

There is a fine line between honesty & rudeness & I think seeing that line is important in these types of public forums.

Having said that, you are of course allowed your own opinion.

Whilst this isn't a relevant crit of your model or render I have to agree with cmoreink that is an astonishingly ugly building.

Would be nice if on your next render you could match the lighting of the model with the sky in the background.

                        Hi Macker,

I agree that the sky is over exposed. I used the image of the actual site as
a backdrop and the sky had a very white glare. I tried to tone it down with
photoshop but I couldn't get get it right.

                        Thanks for the constructive criticism.

My comment "this is one ugly house" was towards the house (overall design) itself, not your modeling so don't take it personal. Be happy!

Man, the guy is showing the render not de design.
