Photomatch tutorial?

Anyone got a link to a good photo match tutorial, I admit I never used photomatch before I need to match a model up to a render (client had a change of plan), so instead of doing a whole new render I want to line my model up with a previous render. The problem is the render was done with a studio renderer so the SU views and FOV are different.
