[REQ] Boolean meta-blobs

Ruby Gods, lend me your ears...

I am in search of a boolean type script that can combine shapes while smoothing them as they join. Now if they could also maintain the materials as seen in the example below that would be the proverbial cherry on the top.

Is it possible?

Could you not use BoolTools to merge and SubDivide and Smooth to smoothen the mesh?

I did try that first, however as you can see it does not work out so well. It does work to a degree but as in the images below, the first one is the Bool Tool merge and the second is after 3 iriterations with SDS, IMO the mesh before SDS process needs some sort of equalizing so that they are all orientated or evenly distributed to give a smooth result.

As for the materials, SDS defaults all textures so the merging of them at moment is not possible.
