At a guess, SU might be running out of memory. How many faces is the model your trying to import?

I don't know exactly, Zbrush says it has 48.000 quads, how do I increase memory?

Not a huge model, then, so i doubt it is running out of memory.

Do you get this with all models from zbrush or just this one?

If i decrease the polycount of the model it imports it fine, when I crank up the polycount (not by much) it keeps giving me this error, in other programs the mesh gets imported just fine, it's not a huge number of faces so I don't know why SU is doing this, it always stops at face 34600 like in the above picture.

                Hi raduteo

The sketchup importers on large meshes, models with unwarped materials, and sometimes for no reason aparent, can be almost useless. If you really want to import a high poly model into sketchup and avoid that error try dividing the model in 2 or 3 parts if possible in other software and import one at a time (preferably each part in a new file to avoid more errors. hope it helps

                David
