Light problem in G.I.
-
It's a problem with your glass vismat, try removing the window and the light will come in.
-
there is no glass ! this rectangle window is the rectangular light. (in the opening)
-
Try getting rid of that light and using the SU sun instead.

what should i do about these jagged edges
i have tried increasing the Image sampler "Fixed" upto 50
-
The jagged edges are too bright areas in your render. A quick fix is to go to Colour Mapping and tick Clamp Output and Sub Pixel.
-
Thanks Thomthom, a new trick, however it makes all shadow areas very blotchy.

That property is quite important to be set to 0.85. Damien had some techinal reason for why this spesific value and why it should never be 1. Don't have the link right now though.
In SR1.5 it should be set to that by default.
