Do u have any tips because I'm having a hard time with my lighting. There is an area that is so bright I had no idea where the light is coming from. I have default render settings. Thanks in advance.

Might be best to either post a render or post the file. This way those who use Vray regularly might be able to help easier.

          Ditto Scott.
There's so many things that could be the cause. Often it's multiple causes.

Also, please post what SU version and what V-Ray for SketchUp version you use. The various version behave quite differently on some areas.

FYI: the ASGVis forums is a good resource.
