Awesome work! Did you used specular maps on walls? It seams to me that there are some specular reflection over the 'graffiti'. Keep them coming!
          Regards,

looks like your having a caustics/refraction proplem there, remove the refraction layer from ur glass material and u'll get a nicer spilled sunlight effect.

              Lovely! πŸ‘
              Great texturing and scene setup.

A minor crit: the AA settings are a bit harsh. Did you choose Catmull rom? I'd go for a slightly softer AA setting.

The render is one thing, and it's fantastic, but the scene is another, and it has so much taste - I love it πŸ‘ Your design?, got anymore?

But the jpeg compression is killing me. 😞
                      Do you have a high-res version? πŸ˜„

I would only change one thing... the bloody Marylin Monroe print! Seriously, when I was looking for an apartment they were everywhere! It really doesn't do justice to the excellent almost-photorealistic scene. πŸ˜‰

Great work. Looks like a New York City flat, with a 5 story walk up! I love the design and the textures..the rusty trusses, and the peeling plaster at the upper paint line are very well done, great bump on the floor...texture you can feel! Interesting mix of a dilapidated room, with some nice new looking columns supporting a loft area that you wouldn't think belongs, but it works. Love the industrial lighting fixtures also.

                                      Progress (about ΒΌ% done)
