What's the way to show points on edges?

This would help me quickly see what edges are actually two edges, even though they look like one continuous edge. It would also help show the bends in an arc.

      Try View_Hidden Geometry

eddyjau, how does that help? it doesnt make any difference for me...

alz, my only suggestion would be to use inference to loacte lines that have been split, i.e. look for the green 'endpoint' inference.

In the menu: Window > Styles > Edit > Edge Settings > check Endpoints.
Arcs will not show all the segment endpoints, neither will curves.
Only after exploding to separate segments will you see the endpoints.
So it will not be that much help afterall. Unless you quickly need to attach new geometry anyway. For this will also break up the arc or curve in separate segments.

            what a nice trick, Wo3Dan! πŸ˜„

I nerver had the idea using styles to actually check my model for flaws (they were only lovely grafical gimmicks to me).
turning on edges however shows you every broken line. I just started revising my model all over again - really cool! 😍

I thought there was a way with Styles to show it -- thanks for pointing it out. Maybe someone will whip up a simple "show dot" script πŸ˜„

Actually -- I take that back, using Styles is the solution. Changing the size of the endpoints to 2 (9 is the default?) makes all points appear as a simple dot.

                Nice!

I always keep my Styles dialogue in my window and mainly to access this feature (and sometimes profiles as well).

                  Gai...
