Thanks, Dan. I have had another feed reader plugin for Chrome (till now) but that was too dfancy and this is exactly what I had been looking for but for some reason, could not find.
Peter,
Another option for saving vertical space and reducing scrolling, in topic pages:
Goto User Control Panel
Choose the Board preferences tab
Select the Edit display options panel
Turn OFF signatures
Turn OFF avatars
(Your choice) to also turn OFF images in posts
etc... click the Submit button, when done.
I suspect someone is messing on trying to fix this issue and has broken it on my PC, Vista, IE9, FF17, Chrome23. Cleared caches etc, still gigantic top bar with 'drop down' solidly embedded. [image: MVzL_Capture.PNG] Also this has changed - not for the better...[image: u8ex_Capture2.PNG] Gaieus posted just before me - fessing up
Hi Rodman,
Gábor informed me about your issue and it's indeed something weird...

actually when the site was changed I could not login under my username at all
You mean you have another (older) account? Please, send me an email from here to see what happens if you log in with that account: http://sketchucation.com/contact/csaba-pozsarko
Yes that is a good idea...
I am working on a "mod" in which it is already iterating the lists to check if there are unread posts, so I might as well add click functions for the large icon whilst within the iteration.
Gaieus will not have the test forums reset and turned back on until sometime after BaseCamp. And then we'll need a period of testing on the test domain before any "mod" could go live on the "real" SCF domain.
Hi, Gaieus:
I was able to take a moment. I am at work on the computer in question and there seems to be primarily a delay in accessing the Forum main page and the transition from the Reply button.
Let's see with this message if there is a problem with submit.
EDIT: Evidently not. Seems to be working now. The little box at the bottom left didn't show anything unusual when it was slow enough to read.
Hi,
why sometimes the avatars are gone?
Could the "View your own posts" set again in a row?

I'm not subscribed to anything however - from the mail logs - it appears that emails are sent out. They may be blocked somewhere on their way (maybe even before your spam filter).
...in the profile information. I agree!
What about using a combo box (a text field with dropdown) so people can choose from a list or fill it in if the list is too limited.
A simple answer is no. The "little bim" is the applications and tools such as Revit and others, while the big Bim in that author's terms is the integration of and management of the information and the people beyond the model and its components. I'm pretty sure you already knew this.
I am leaning toward the concept. How accessible it will be for me depends on how my office deploys the tools.
I even see some prospects for Archaeology in this. And by extension, History. After all, it is database.
you've got an android app or something for SCF, that gives you alerts on ur phone? you're so prompt and quick to reply and fix issues in a snap!! thanks . working fine now. however i did nothing, just tried again. thanks !!

This is what we started with (the site): http://demo.rockettheme.com/joomla15/halcyon/
(and the forums): http://demo.rockettheme.com/phpbb3/index.php?style=87
But then came Rich and found out all sorts of things to alter, add and whatnot so finally we ended up with a heavily modified version of both.
umm that's a better one,i.e. the rocket theme. i liked the contrast and blue glow effect kinda feeling. hey i just noticed you just added accept answer ! just like adobe forums and lots of other forums do!
Hi Bob,
In this topic I collected (and have now updated) some of the icons: http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=6236#p6236
Some I have to figure out myself (Rich made them instead of the forum template icons which did not say too much either at the first sight).
