After many attempts it seems that you have to have layer0 turned on even though there is currently noting on layer0. Once I turned layer0 on the whole model showed up in GE.

Try to download your model and upload again (this should overwrite your existing one in the WH rather than uploading as a new one). The preview image should be generated immediately when you upload but the 3D view may take a while (couple of hours at least but sometimes a day or two). I have actually tried uploading it several times. However the big black thumbnail is exactly what I have on my home machine, even when I download something from the warehouse and save it on my machine I get the big black box thumbnail.
