      Hello sketchucation community,

Im new to designing with sketch-up professionally and I was, in a way, thrust into this. I am in a specialty field and I have ton of construction knowledge but now I am tasked with designing a new product within my specialty. I have made a lot of headway in the last few days with my design skills but I have light years to go and I need help.

I didn't just want to pick a section and post a question so I figured I would start here. I have designed a large structure out of tube steel successfully but I want to wrap the structure in plywood with miter details for take offs. I am absolutely lost on how to do this, especially quickly and accurately. Any help as to where to post this and how to approach this would be awesome.

Thanks to all who will be there for me on this journey,
