    • A 2D component which visually rotates.... HOW?

Hi all this is my first post!!

Hi World of sketchup users and site founder for providing us with a hook up!!

I am an allotment gardener and have used sketchup to help me model some things for the garden and help me lay it out.

I used it to build my shed (important for that cup of tea).

And I designed a coldframe too to store my young seedlings.

I thought it would be usefull in helping me sow my seeds at the optimal distances apart and provide a visual representation of this and how it would fit into my available space. So what i did was create some 3D vegetables. Eg. here

      recommended plant spacing for carrots

I found that these slow my old PC down quite a bit and found this 2D plant which rotates to face the user when viewed from any angle.

Ive attached the plant so you can see it in action.

A 2D Plant that always faces the user

I just want to know how you do this, as this technique would reduce my file sizes and speed my computer up.

      Thanks for reading.
