      A solution will follow.

I cannot be certain but uninstalling it should work (removing any Thea files from plugin folders manually also) and deleting some stuff in the 'app data' folder (this is the part I'm not sure of)

Thanks for your reply I have posted the problem in the Thea Forum. The problem is posted there from a previous version and I followed the instructions around deleting the path text file but unfortunately SU does not offer me another option to choose the path.

    • Hello First Post

Firstly, Hello this is my first post and of course a request for some help too.

I am using SU 8 Pro and have tried installing Thea render exporter into the program, the installation went fine as it does its own thing
but !!! my bit did not go to well. At the conclusion of the installation I was asked by SU to point to Thea I inadvertently clicked on the icon
instead of the package which of course meant the SU was not seeing the files in the render package.

I uninstalled it thinking a re-install would sort it but it just installs ok with the same problem when I try to open the render-er. I cant see anywhere to edit this though I guess I must be able to somehow.

Very grateful for your expert advice and guidance on the way forward.

      Regards

      Peter
