RE: My very first V-ray renderings.
Hello Wojd, nice modeling and rendering

IMHO the images could be improved with better blending of fore/mid/background.
In image no.1 it seems that if you looked over the wall on the left, gulp! the abyss. Maybe a couple of bushes to give the impression of a little land behind.
Image no.2 gives the impression that the concrete embankment cuts through the house diagonally, it's confusing. There is no visible access to the house so it leaves you thinking "why would you build a home in the middle of a nowhere"John

RE: The Art of SketchUp - part 1: Fantasy
Hello Ken, your images are loading up ok

I think the lack of replies to your threads id down to them being a "WIP", people tend to hold off with their comments until the end, I know I'm certainly guilty in this respect. I have followed these two threads (and with almost 80,000 views) so have a few others.
The attention and effort that goes into your models always shines through and anyone new to Sketchup should look at your work and try to emulate it in the future.
Keep it coming

RE: Dark Sci-Fi/Apocalyptic door.
Hello Scot, as Rich says the bump is far to strong! Also it's confusing because it looks like a set of emergency exit doors on a building although the title leads you to believe it's going to be something you would expect on a spaceship.
Maybe a closer view of only one pair of doors?John

RE: Edwin Lutyens Deanery Gardens 1901
Brilliant! you know it's good when people have to look close to distinguish render from photograph, I certainly had to look close
