The cars need something to them. I would try adding some reflections, because they stand out to differently. And I know you are probably only working with a single palm image that you have for photoshop but I would search around and find a good palm model to maybe add in the scene...I know there has been some posted on here and in the warehouse. With that said, the building and everything else really looks great. I really like the background image and how it works with the building.

RE: Interior
Is it wrong of me to expect something f-ed up to show up in one of these scenes...its kind of givin me that vibe about now. Still like it though...something a little new to the SU world

RE: 3700 Big Blvd. (Various times of Day)
Dylan - Thank you. I am glad you like the images
d12dozr - Thank you as well. I gotta laugh about your pollution comment, because the buildings are located in Pittsburgh and given the cities history, well...
The city really has cleaned itself though up over the years and we seem to be one of the leaders in green design and such. Our new hockey arena, I believe is going to be the first Green hockey facility to date. It may be the first green arena/stadium in any sport, but I have no facts to back that. Anyways enough about Pittsburgh. The car lights and streaks were done post production in photoshop. The windows could use a little bit of blur and a little less of a chrome look. If I were given enough time to work on the project, I would try to fix that, but I bumped the reflection up really high so that you wouldnt be able to see inside the building, because I didnt have the time to model any interior stuff. A little bit of a sacrifice, but I would still like to had some noise in the windows. -
RE: External renders
When you look at the straight rendering output for some of these, Im not gonna lie, they just seem kind of ...ahhh. But when you see how you take the images and composite them into your scenes, they look really great and the renderings make more sense. I mean the buildings are fairly simple in design so I guess the straight outputed renderings really dont give you much room to impress, but you surely do impress with your final images. Keep up the good work.

RE: I think I'm starting to get it.....
You are definately starting to get for sure...I think they may need to be a little brighter though considering the amount of windows you have in the scene. Its probably something you could do in PS and not have to rerender. But you still got some really solid images here.

3700 Big Blvd. (Various times of Day)
Here are some of my most recent exterior renderings. I was only supposed to do the typical daytime scene, but I wanted to work on some different environments so I did the other two sundown and night shots. I hope you guys like them, and as always, comments/critiques are welcome and appreciated.

RE: New Vray Interiors
thats a good tip...honestly thank you. I have never gotten into the workings of a camera (and I probably should considering the relations between them and rendering), but that makes a lot of sense. I will try that method in the future sometime. But thanks again for the explanation.

RE: New Vray Interiors
Thanks guys. I am glad you like it. I agree that the scene may be too busy if the primary focus was the background.
Laura: What do you mean by the landscape? Are you directly referring to things like what you had already mentioned with the trophy and books? If so...how do you see that making the scene inaccurate? I am just trying to understand your comment. Aside, thank you for the feedback and comments...always appreciated.

New Vray Interiors
Here are a few images from a recent project that I just finished up. The focus was the view of the new Childrens Hospital in Pittsburgh so the actual design of the interior was thrown together and really not thought out at all except for having a closed and open option. With that said, I am happy with how these renderings came out for what they are. Let me know what you guys think.
