Thanks everyone for the replys. I didnt think of putting a ramp...but thats a good idea...im sure it could be added easily...probably just attached to the back somewhere.

The images are just a combination of sketchup linework / shadows / color layered in photoshop...with a black BG using an alpha.

    • RE: Street Project in London

      Awesome Work!

I'd also be interested in some tips from your workflow. It seems there isnt much discussion on Sketchup to c4d and vray for c4d on these forums compared to other software. Any help would be appreciated!

      Thanks for the comments everyone.

      Dean,
I had the pedal right infront of me and for the most part I just used a ruler to measure things and estimate. Probably not the most efficient way, but i wanted to see if it was possible.

    • RE: Site Concept Massing Model

Awesome stuff Solo. I intend to take the model to the next step and replace my "ball" trees with something more detailed - just havent found the time yet. I typically render using Cinema4d and vray for c4d. Thanks for the example!

      Quick Site Concept Massing Model

Contour information was originally a cad file imported and cleaned in Revit and then imported into Sketchup. Placed a handsketched image overtop and layered the trees using "component spray" and the "drop" ruby. Used Photoshop for compositing.

      Matt,

Unfortunately I havent had the time to make a significant amount of progress - I will be sure to spend some time over the holidays and get some more shots up after the first of the year. Thanks Everyone for the comments and feedback.
