it's time to run to the grocery store and buy up all of the bread and milk!!
People in Tennessee do the same thing - why? When I told my uncle, who lives in Pennsylvania, he thought it was funny, and had the same reaction. Do people combine the two to make some kind of insulation? If snowed in, I can think of better things to eat and drink.
We have a huge snow storm forecasted for this weekend. 4-8 inches possible, which is a LOT this far south.
The man on the radio said today that this storm could be a "two loafer".

RE: A Fun Little Game, Continued...
Granted, but the additional processing speed required over-heats the processor in your PlayStation and it bursts into flames and catches your house on fire.
I wish I had a tophat to put on my mudman.

Granted. But Eric discovers that he has the computing power to render large projects and play World of Warcraft simultaneously. Unfortunately, he runs into his boss in Outland and gets fired.
I wish I had the rest of the year off like my co-workers.

Granted, but I would then feel obligated to comment on every thread on the forum, so I would have to spend many hours a day, every day, on my computer, for the rest of my life. Therefore, my children would live the rest of their formative years without a loving father. Do you want that on your conscience? I didn't think so.
I wish I could build a snowman!

Granted, but post-Christmas depression has set in...
I wish I had not taken a three year vacation from the SketchUcation Forums.

RE: First snow here this year.
In the southern states, the possibility of snow is something that toys with the emotions of kids all winter long. It's either too cold and dry or too warm and wet. Rarely do the conditions come together for a really good snow. But if there is ever a strong low pressure in the northern Gulf of Mexico and an approaching cold front – it's time to run to the grocery store and buy up all of the bread and milk!!
Slight chance of snow tonight...but it's the weekend. That's no good!!
