    • Copy - paste in place error

I practice to make a simpel 2D-floorplan. I have a problem with copy - paste in place.
I make 2 new layers, walls-outside and walls-inside. I draw on the layer walls outside" a simple rectangle, color it black, offset it and delete the center. I select the "wall", face and edges and group it. I select the layer walls-inside and draw some inside walls and color them grey. Each wall I select seperately and group it and naming it wall-inside1, wall-inside2 and wall-inside3. Now I make a new layer 2D-floorplan. I select the group wall-outside and edit>copy it. Then edit> paste in place. In entity info panel I change the layer from walls-outside to 2D-floorplan and change the name into walls-outside-copy. I repeat the same with the walls inside.

I turn off the layers walls-outside and walls-inside. What happens is that walls-outside-copy, the wall-inside1-copy and wall-inside2-copy are visable on the layer 2D-floorplan , but the 3rd wall, wall-inside3-copy is not visable. I see all walls in the Outliner panel and even can click / select wall-inside3-copy in the Outliner panel. A blue aelection line apears in the drawing area around where walls-inside3-copy is supposed to be, but the wall itself is invisable.

I made 3 attempts with new Sketchup files in a row and 3 times this happened. What is going wrong?
