Nothing in the API
AdamB did moot something that came to naught.
A way back I made some clunky API additional like layer.color [Pro>DXF] BUT that exports all layers and analyzes the layers colors from the DXF...
A really convoluted way BUT you do get the layer color RGB values ! 😉
